Laurel Hollow

Laurel Hollow is a beautiful quaint village which overlooks magnificent views of Cold Spring Harbor and is surrounded by Cooper’s Bluff and Lloyd's Neck. Residents have access to a private beach, mooring rights, kayaking, swimming, fishing, playgrounds, kayaks, and boating. There is a 2acre minimum zoning requirement in Laurel Hollow. Louis Comfort Tiffany built his “Country Estate” in Laurel Hollow. His mansion was known as Laurelton Hall and was over 600 acres overlooking Cold Spring Harbor, hence the name Laurel Hollow. Laurel Hollow is in the Township of Oyster Bay in Nassau County. It is partly in the Suffolk County School District of Cold Spring Harbor and partly in Oyster Bay. Cold Spring Harbor serves the townships of Huntington, Oyster Bay, and includes the villages of Laurel Hollow, Llyod Harbor and the Cold Spring Harbor area of Huntington. Children attend Westside Elementary and Goose Hill Primary School as well as Cold Spring Harbor Junior/ Senior High School. The charming town of Cold Spring Harbor is a stone throw away.
